I had only seen cake like that on TV; as a matter of fact, the creations reminded me of a particular show on the food channel. Now all of this was great, but I am a real critic when it comes to my pallet; usually things that look that good, lack in taste. I was so surprised at how deliciously moist and flavorful these cakes where. I tried them out on my staff! Their response was so overwhelming great, they would be embarrassed if I disclosed their true reactions! LOL

They are very moist, beautiful, and melts in your mouth. I have even had to opportunity to travel with the cake and the icing held up beautifully.
